Are you a motivated and confident salesperson looking to grow your career on the beautiful island of Zanzibar? CleanEco is expanding, and we’re looking for a local or Tanzanian-based sales representative to join our team!

We’re already well established on the island, proudly working with over 100 hotels and resorts, and we’re just getting started.

Your main job:

• Visit hotels and resorts across Zanzibar
• Sell our cleaning and laundry products (and demo them!)
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Reach and beat sales targets
• Keep us updated using our sales software
• Stay informed about the market and competitors
• Handle client issues quickly and professionally

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales (especially in cleaning, chemicals, or hospitality)
• Is confident, friendly, and well-spoken
• Loves closing deals
• Is highly organized and reliable
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Understands that this job is not your typical 9 to 5 – flexibility is key!

Minimum requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (in business, marketing, or chemistry – not a must, but a plus)
• At least 3 years’ sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using phone and computer systems
• Clean driving record (must be able to drive)
