Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing Nziza Global as the preferred training solution provider in Tanzania. Leveraging your expertise in sales, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and qualify leads within the Tanzanian market to expand Nziza global's client base
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders through effective communication and engagement
- Present Nziza global's training programs and value proposition to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, training, and customer support, to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall client experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Represent Nziza global at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and promote our training programs.
Required profile for job ad : Sales Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, civil engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the technology, education, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of the Tanzanian market, including its cultural, economic, and business dynamics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
- Ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
