Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels to increase sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our consumer goods products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in logistics to offload cartons.
• Assisting senior in marketing campaigns.

•  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•  Ability to work independently and remotely.
•  Proficiency in using sales CRM software and tools.
•  English and Swahili Language.
• The candidate must know the surrounding markets in morogoro and pwani region.
• Relation with local truck and logistics providers to engage in smooth delivery of goods.
