Sales Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Sales Executive is responsible to sell a company’s products and services to individuals to individuals and businesses for profit. A sales executive person is responsible in maintaining good relationships with businesses and setting sales goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and understanding their needs
• Finding new business and costumers
• Demonstrating and presenting products or services to costumers
• Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and packages with costumers
• Following up on any product or service issues for customers
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, orders, and customer’s information
• Reporting on sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Researching the market and products
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
• Adjusting sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments
• Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Stimulate sales activities to meet or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
The ideal candidate for this role should have
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience of experience in Marketing, sales or related duties with at least 2 years in Managerial position .
• Experience in Solar Company is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
