Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Technician to join our team. The Rope Technician will play a vital role in performing rope access work at manufacturing facilities, ensuring the completion of tasks efficiently and safely at heights and in confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct rope access inspections, maintenance, and repair work at various heights and in confined spaces within manufacturing facilities.
• Perform tasks such as equipment installation, welding, painting, and other maintenance activities while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment, ensuring it is in safe working condition.
• Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute rope access projects, including risk assessments and safety plans.
• Follow industry best practices and safety standards to minimize risks and hazards.
• Document work performed, including reports, checklists, and any necessary maintenance records.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and maintain certifications relevant to rope access work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality, consistently delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:
• Valid certification as a Rope Technician, such as SPRAT or IRATA, is required.
• Proven experience as a Rope Technician with a track record of safe and efficient work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong knowledge of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of rope access tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding and challenging environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Understanding of manufacturing industry standards and compliance is a plus.
