Job Description

As an important member of the housekeeping team, you are responsible for ensuring that the exceptional quality, cleanliness and comfort of the appearance and environment of our guest rooms delight our discerning guests. You hold an important position in influencing the absolute satisfaction of our guests. Your main tasks include cleaning the departure and stay rooms as well as the turndown service. You will ensure that the guest rooms and hallways are extremely clean, tidy and well maintained. You will ensure that guest requests are met and completed on time, exceeding our guests' expectations wherever possible. You will also ensure that the service delivered is in line with the best Anantara service standards to ensure the highest quality of service for our guests. You celebrate the art of hospitality and your commitment to our guests is reflected in our equally caring approach to you - Minor Hotels cares for you with the same passion with which you care for our discerning guests.

Qualifications

• You already have valuable experience in an equivalent position in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
