Our client is looking for a dynamic Environmental Consultant to join their established team of scientists in Tanzania.

You'll need to hold a degree in Environmental Science/Management or similar, with extensive experience of working in environmental consultancy services. You will need to demonstrate wide-ranging, proven proficiency in implementing provisions under EMA and the EIA and audit regulations. With excellent communication skills, a strong ability to network with clients and a willingness to travel throughout Africa and elsewhere as the need arises, you'll be organised and detailed with a willingness to learn. NEMC registration as an Environmental and/or Social Specialist, together with experience of conducting environmental and social impact assessments against international standards within the mining industry would be advantageous in this role.
