PROJECT MANAGER JOB DETAILS:
The Project Manager at Kings Builder is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, risk, resource management, and quality control. They must ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Must be registered as a Professional Engineer (ERB registered).
• At least 10+ years of working experience in civil engineering in at least 5 years in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of construction management processes, means, methods, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
