About the Company:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development of an internal solution that enables our operators to track the production line and raise alerts in case of any issues. This is a full-time position offering $50 USD per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the requirements and scope of the internal solution for production line tracking and issue alerting.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal solution, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to operators on how to use the new system effectively.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the solution, implementing improvements and updates as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
