Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Technician at the Daniel’s pharmacy located in Arusha. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients. You will also perform tasks such as inventory management, record-keeping, and providing excellent customer service to patients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician certification/license (if required by local regulations)
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations and measurements
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems
• Understanding of medication safety principles and practices
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant laws and regulations
