Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a pest-free environment within manufacturing facilities, ensuring the safety and quality of our clients' products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify pest infestations and potential risks.
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and compliance requirements.
• Safely apply pest control treatments, including the use of pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion methods.
• Monitor and document pest activity, treatment effectiveness, and any necessary follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing facility personnel to educate and raise awareness about pest prevention measures.
• Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities, treatments, and equipment.
• Comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Recommend and implement improvements to pest control programs to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Stay informed about the latest pest control trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Respond to emergency pest control requests as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training and certification in pest control is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Pest Control Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods.
• Familiarity with the safe handling and application of pesticides and pest control equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid pest control license or certification, as required by local regulations.
• Understanding of manufacturing industry standards and compliance is a plus.
