Operations Manager responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion.
• Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and quality standards.
• Promote safety and ensure teams compliance with all safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.

Operations Manager requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or Engineering non-negotiable.
• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• A minimum of 8 years in manufacturing experience with strong experience with multi-product facility operations
• Knowledge about Quality Management System Requirements such as, Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Security, PCI, IT Security.
