Job Description:
Are you a proactive and safety-conscious professional looking to make a significant impact on operations within a dynamic enterprise serving manufacturing industries? Maple Group is seeking a dedicated Operations and Safety Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency of our operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes across various services.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Train and educate employees on safety best practices.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
• Monitor and report on operational and safety performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in operations and safety roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
• NOSHC 1 certification will be an added advantage.
