Currently employing 40 professionals, the company has ambitious plans to scale its workforce to over 100 employees within the next three years. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and enhance market presence.
  • Implement and oversee the five Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and People) to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain consistent branding across our five brands, ensuring cohesive messaging and visual identity.
  • Demonstrate a creative and keen design sense to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Create original graphics and design elements to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Tanzanian national with a thorough understanding of the local market and cultural dynamics.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of the five Ps of marketing.
  • Exceptional creativity and design skills, with the ability to develop original graphics.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
