• Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for that intake.
• Negotiate terms of engagement, and provide training to the marketing team.
• Hold presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions
• Design and Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and marketing analysis to maximize student recruitment.
• Proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities
• Represent DEA and pitch DEA services to educational institutions and prospective students.
• Develop, implement, and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• To increase the effectiveness of lead generation, and to work side by side with the Head of admissions to maximize the conversion rate, from lead through to enrolment
• Giving technical advice to students regarding the relevant course and costs of studying in a specific university and country.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
