Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The Industrial Engineer will play a vital role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met within our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement within manufacturing facilities.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase product quality.
• Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques, such as time and motion studies, to analyze and optimize work processes.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that changes and improvements are effectively implemented and sustained.
• Evaluate the impact of new technologies and automation on manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing teams on best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a track record of successful process optimization and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 concepts is an advantage.
