Competences
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field

Job Summary:
• As the Ice-cream Parlor Manager, you are responsible for the overall store management. The roles involves’ enhancing customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals through developing effective strategies whilst ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies to raise pool of customers, expand store traffic and optimize profitability through creative marketing and promotions.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service deliverance.
• Handle complaints/suggestions/requests from external and internal customers directly to achieve high satisfaction.
• Work in close cooperation with all other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Control the food cost by preparing / reviewing all store requisitions and direct purchases and ensure the accurate delivery of goods in order to achieve the budgeted profitability.
• Ensure colleague development in your team in order to train/guide/motivate your team members to achieve highest quality standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals for the team to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Attend required meetings and conduct daily briefings with your team members ensuring efficient communication, to run your operations smoothly
