On behalf of a growing technology company, we are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in the EMEA region.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, helping maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment efforts, and assist with various HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, policies, and reports.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties.
  • Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance review processes.
  • Ensure HR procedures are in compliance with applicable policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems or tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
