Our client—a reputable and rapidly growing company in the logistics and petroleum sector—is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen their HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• •  Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
  •  Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  •  Manage performance systems and employee training programs
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing
  •  Oversee compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives
  •  Lead organizational change and workforce planning

What We’re Looking For:

•  Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
• Postgraduate HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
•  Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Proven leadership, communication, and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) expertise
•  Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
