Primary Responsibilities:

  • Continuous review of policies in accordance with the business
  • framework and industry norms.
  • Recruitment / Performance Management System / Compensation & Benefits / HR Operations / Overall HR design Skill Inventory and bridging of gaps as deemed fit.
  • Employee relations and benefits plan to add value to employees, thus enabling them to maximize their contribution Responsible for devising Rewards, Employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing a robust induction / new employee orientation program.
  • Responsible for compensation fitment, payroll processing, peer group analysis, imbalance correction.
  • Monitoring the market trends on salaries and wages for all levels.
  • Be responsible for overall HR MIS.
  • Translate the plans, corporate initiatives on people-related processes .
  • Ensure the initiatives are suggested, followed through, implemented & effectiveness measured Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Closely work with the HR Head and Management on innovative methods of practices above.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate Degree in Human resources and law having 06 to 08 years of good Human Resources experience in Manufacturing .
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills. Good exposure in Recruitment and its innovative practices.
  • Must have good experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas & solutions and support in effective implementation.
  • Must have good knowledge in Legal, NSSF & other labor related laws and all applicable requirements in accordance with Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Well versed in using MS Office; primarily Excel. Must have Knowledge about HR software.
  • Must able to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the functioning.
