  This technical role encompasses welders, electricians, carpenters, and auto mechanics. Welders must be proficient in various welding methods and equipment maintenance, demonstrating quick thinking and meticulousness. Electricians need basic knowledge of power systems and the ability to operate common power equipment. Carpenters should excel in using carpentry tools and be familiar with furniture assembly and wooden pallet production. Auto mechanics must be skilled in repairing and maintaining automobile engines, chassis, electrical systems, and air conditioning, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot independently.
