Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our range of organic fertilizers in assigned districts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural retailers to drive sales growth and market penetration
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and proper usage of our fertilizers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while effectively managing existing customer accounts
  • Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to inform product development and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets.

  • Proven experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of fertilizer products and agronomic principles, with a focus on organic farming practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts and work flexible hours as required.
  • Fluency in both English and Swahili languages.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
