As an integral member of the Cilium team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the development of high-performance eBPF code for our open source projects—Cilium, Hubble, and Tetragon. A typical day:

• Developing high-quality eBPF code for the Cilium, Hubble & Tetragon open source projects while following open source development principles and best practices.
• Linux Kernel upstream development
• Active participation in the open-source community
• Possibility to speak at public conferences about achievements (if desired)

• Your Expertise:
• Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of experience with C and eBPF knowledge. GO knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge about Linux systems design and either security or networking.
• Desire to write high quality and efficient code.
• A public track record of open source code commits is a plus.
• Experience in public speaking at technical open source conferences is a plus.
