Overview:
Handeni Rural District is one of the 10 districts of Tanga Region in Tanzania. It is bordered to the west by the Kilindi District and the Handeni Urban District, to the north by the Korogwe District, to the east by the Pangani District, and to the south by the Pwani Region. It split in 2002 form the Kilindi District. The administrative capital of the district is Handeni town.

He is announcing One Year Contract jobs for Tanzanians with qualifications and skills to fill the following positions:

3. Driver II

a). Applicant Qualifications.
• Must be a Form IV graduate with a Class E or Cl driving license who has worked for at least one year without causing an accident. He must have attended a basic driving course (Basic Driving Course) offered by the Vocational Training College (VETA) or any college recognized by the government. Applicants with Technical Test Certificate Class Il will be considered first.

b) Duties and Responsibilities of the Driver II
• Checking the car before and after the trip to determine the safety condition of the car
• Sending employees to different places on business trips.
• Doing small car repairs. iv. Collecting and distributing various documents.
• Filling and keeping information of all trips in the trip logbook. v. Cleaning the car.
• To do other work in his field he was assigned by his Head/Supervisor.
