The Role

 

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team during the team’s morning shift, 10 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, working primarily from our office in central Madrid.

 

As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily towards B2C and B2B customers in the Spanish market.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Answer incoming Customer Service calls and emails from private customers and companies
  • Actively work with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
  • Administration/Back office tasks

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Have previous work experience within sales and/or Customer Care
  • Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish. Spanish as a native language is preferred.
  • Written and oral fluency in Catalan is preferred.
  • The knowledge of Catalan, Galician, Basque is a plus
