We are looking for assistants to support the team and our customers who enjoy doing written work on the PC.

You should be available from November 15th, 2023 at least 15 hours per week. You should increase your number of hours to at least 25 hours by November 15, 2023 and to 30 hours-40 hours per week from January 1, 2024. You are also welcome to start straight away with 30 or 40 hours per week.

Your pay depends on where you live and your experience. At 40h/week it is between R25,000 and R35,000 per month.

About SAWOO

SAWOO is a young, 15-person company from Munich that usually works remotely. We build communities for management consultancies around their target customers. For this we organize e.g. B. Podcasts, meetups (small local meetings) and conferences and create websites and newsletters. We use LinkedIn in particular to reach target customers, provide them with interesting content and invite them to events.

Bitkom, BearingPoint, diconium strategy, GETEC Energy, eGym Wellpass, Speedinvest, Asceris (UK) and TittmanWeix (USA)

Tasks

Your task:

You support our B2B customers - usually company bosses or other executives - by maintaining their personal LinkedIn profiles and contacting their target customers on their behalf. Specific tasks include: E.g.:

  • Making a pre-selection of possible target customers and contacting them

with ready-made messages on LinkedIn (approx. 40-50% of your working time)

  • Replying to incoming messages with template messages that you modify on a case-by-case basis
  • Post specified content on our customers’ LinkedIn profiles and analyze it later
  • Email contact with our customers to give them to-dos or remind them to complete them
  • Get involved where your support is needed

Your goals:

 

  • Absolutely error-free work: In particular, LinkedIn messages and posts you send must not contain any errors
  • Efficiency: You're always on your PC and sending e.g. B. sometimes 100 to 150 pre-formulated messages per hour
  • Clean way of working: You document the activities you carry out comprehensibly and completely

qualification

Requirements:

 

  • You have 30-40 hours per week available
  • You have commercial training or several years of professional experience as an (office) assistant, clerk, call center employee, or similar
  • You write and speak German at a minimum C1 level and are absolutely confident with spelling and grammar
  • You have good English skills and are able to understand complex texts
  • You are proactive, reliable and take great care when working
  • You are well versed in using computers and the Internet
  • You have already worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • You are open to feedback and new ideas
  • You have good self- and time management skills
  • You like working with a proven process
  • Your internet connection is fast and stable
