Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mpanda for a Company Manager. The Company Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and ensuring that they run smoothly. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Company Manager or in a similar role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of business operations, financial management, and human resources
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and manage staff to achieve company objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
