As our partner continues global expansion, they are seeking a Head of Global Finance and Operations as an executive member of the organization. As Head of Finance and Operations, you will be a pivotal leader, responsible for driving the financial and operational strategies that underpin our company's growth trajectory. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to make informed strategic decisions and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

Finance:

• Ownership of all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Supporting with new organisational development in North America and EMEA
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Provide insights into financial trends and recommend actions to drive revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Operations:

• Lead the operations and distribution centres to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support scalability and high-quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations function.

Leadership:

• Manage and develop a team of finance and operations professionals providing mentorship and guidance to supply chain, logistics, HR, Finance and IT
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing financial insights to drive informed decisions.
• Drive a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
