Channel Manager EMEA - Pre-IPO Security Vendor - Up to €180,000 OTE
Introducing a ground breaking opportunity for visionary professionals in the field of security technology! My client is a cutting-edge Pre-IPO Security Vendor who are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Channel Manager for the EMEA region to join their rapidly expanding team.
As 2nd Channel Manager on the ground in the region, you will play a pivotal role in driving their growth and success in the EMEA market. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies that maximize revenue and market penetration. You will have the exciting opportunity to build and manage a robust partner network, comprising distributors, resellers, system integrators, and VARs, all while representing their state-of-the-art security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic channel plan for the EMEA region, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify potential partners, evaluate their capabilities, and establish partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Partner Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support our security solutions.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies. Collaborate closely with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including joint marketing initiatives and demand generation activities.
- Market Expansion: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop market insights and leverage them to refine channel strategies, positioning our organization as the preferred security vendor in the EMEA region.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support, to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in channel management, preferably within the security technology industry or related field.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and key players.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
