We have a fantastic opportunity to joion our People and Culture team within the Semicondcutor divsion at an exciting tiime of growth and change.
This role will be aligned to support and partner key funtional VPs of the division. Working with both internal and external stakeholders you will support the P&C Vice President in building and delivering the strategic activities across all areas of HR including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits. You will have a good understanding of the role that HR play in a period of exciting change and have experience of organisational design and development. With the ability to drive the people plans, develop our talent and fully participate in projects driven by Atlas Copco, the Business Area and the Semi divisions, this global role will offer the opportunity to work in both a strategic and operational role.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
- Supporting the People and Culture VP with strategic initiatives within our talent learning and development programmes talent acquisition strategies, organisational design and development, equality & inclusion, employee engagement, early careers propositions , wellbeing and change management initiatives
- Provide a true business partner relationship to understand the challenges, opportunities and offer and execute on solutions that meet business objectives
- Work with local HR in our Product Companies and Customer Centers to support the local activity and alignment to divisional strategy
- Support the operational efficiencies through people efficiencies such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness agility and responsiveness
- Encourage and actively work with divisional teams to develop a high performing company culture that emphasises openness, trust, collaboration, feedback and continuous improvement
- Drive a culture of decentralisation, pace of activity and responsibility throughout the divisionwith transparancy and true alignment
- Work with the local HR Managers and line managers to ensure that cyclical HR activities is executed effectively and efficiently within the Division.
- Provide support with global mobility moves within Semiconductor including expat, global assignments and graduate rotations. Ensure familiarity with policy, processes and manage internal communications between host, home country and Centre of Excellence
- Be familiar with HR Management Information and provide analytics, data accuracy and reporting for the division and play an active role of continuous improvement and the move to digitalising our processes
- Liaise regularly with HR Centre of Excellence team (Compensation & Benefit and Talent, Learning & Development) as required to ensure that expertise activity can be effectively delivered at sites and that local needs are taken into account.
- To be involved in wider global and local HR projects, as appropriate and as directed by the P&C VP.
- Collaborate with other members of the global P&C team as appropriate to align ways of working and share best practice globally
- Support in merger, acquisition and integration activity when required
- Maintain a strong connection with employees in your area of responsibility
Skills, experince and knowledge required for this role include:
- Educated to degree level or relevant work experience as an HR professional
- Experience of operating a continuously changing and evolving environment
- Positive and service-oriented mindset, being solution driven and forward thinking
- Ability to understand and use HR Systems.
- Be a strong advocate for change with an understanding on the impact of continual improvement
- Business driven and ability to connect HR to business projects
- Can work independently, setting own priorities, managing multiple tasks and reschedule work in a changing environment
- Show resilience whilst working in a complex international, intercultural matrix organisation
