Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting HR functions in an industrial setting? Maple Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and the satisfaction of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for industrial labor.
• Maintain HR records, including employee data and documentation.
• Support employee relations activities and address inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver excellent HR services.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to industrial labor or staffing.
• Must be 45 years old and above.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
