St. Joseph Nursery & Primary School is looking for a dynamic and experienced Academic Strategy Coordinator to join our progressive education community. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement innovative academic strategies that align with the philosophy of progressive education.
• Manage curriculum development, ensuring it is stimulating, student-centered, and inquiry-based, fostering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in teaching methods and strategies through regular assessment and feedback.
• Train and support faculty members in the adoption of new methodologies and technologies, promoting progressive pedagogy.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of teaching and learning, while nurturing a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for faculty, demonstrating excellent teaching practices.
• Teach at least one subject (based on expertise), actively engaging students and stimulating their love for learning.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education or related field.

Minimum of five years of experience in curriculum development or educational leadership.

Deep understanding of and commitment to the principles of progressive education.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and diverse educational setting.

Capacity to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods.
