SURVEYOR

Job Description
The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys to deter- mine precise measurements for construction projects. You will use various surveying equipment to measure and map land areas, ensuring accuracy for site layouts and project execution.

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or Geomatics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry.

• Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
• Knowledge of land laws and regulations in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys for construction pro- jects.
• Use GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments to measure land and structures.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to prepare reports, maps, and drawings.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure the accuracy of site layouts.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
