JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Human Resource [HR]The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions within an organization. This includes recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee benefits and compensation, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting employee performance evaluations, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Job Description; Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Stay current on all HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
