The main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
  • Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
  • Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
  • Identify potential risk-return opportunities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only Candidates currently based in French-speaking countries in Africa will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial and sales roles within the Medical devices industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Strong negotiation skills, sales, finance, and relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel as the job requires.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
