Job Profile – Site Supervisor – Mech MS Pipeline works

Job Location: Tanzania

Qualification – Diploma in Mech Engineering or equivalent

Total Experience – 4-6 Years

Similar Experience – 3-4 Years

Job Description –

∙Overseeing the progress of all Pipeline activities at site.

∙Arrangement / Management optimum deployment and utilisation of allotted resources including

man power, material and machineries

∙Coordination and supervision of workers.

∙Responsible for maintaining Safety and Quality Standards

∙Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition

∙Provide schedule for workers

∙Keeping detailed records of pipeline site activities.

∙Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all welders, Fitters & unskilled site workers.

∙Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.

∙Reporting the daily progress report to Construction Manager/ Superior

∙Managing the site challenges on time

Qualification Requirements –

∙Diploma in Mech Engineering or equivalent

∙Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in water supply projects preferably Ms Pipeline.

∙Strong commercial and analytical aptitude with a practical, logical and methodical approach to

work

∙Strong supervision skills with sound commercial understanding

∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills

∙A sound understanding of safety protocols.

∙Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines
