Kinetic is working with a leading Chemical company who are hiring a Commercial Manager.

This is a remote position. Preferably candidates based in Europe.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Explores and identifies business opportunities within the defined market strategy.
• Analyse and monitor sales forecast and profit margin performance.
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any related issues.
• Communicate the internal product development to team leaders/ managers.
• Coordinate and participate in customer trials, ensuring successful implementation of the products.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• This is a remote position. Preferably candidates based in Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or commercial role within the chemical industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of paint formulations and additives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
