Where is it & why are they looking for a Software Technical Lead?

• This role is onsite in the Stevenage office.
• They are looking for looking for an experienced Software Team Leader who can build impactful teams and create strong working relations with the multi-disciplined project environments within which they work.

What will you be doing?

• Act as Software Design Authority by ensuring quality standards are met while giving technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Lead, empower and draw the best from a team. Work with members of the Group to identify potential improvement opportunities and support their implementation.

Required profile for job ad : Software Technical LeadWhat experience are we looking for?

•   GUI software development using QT/Linux
•   Strong ‘C’ or C++ Programming
•  Network architectures
•  Communication Protocols (e.g. SPI, UART, Ethernet, PCI-Express)
•  Understanding and use of concepts such as Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Test Driven Development.
