S/he will have an accredited University Graduate Degree in one or more relevant fields (architecture, transport, civil engineering, solid waste management, environmental science, or similar)

S/he will have significant experience in the developing world. Experience in Eastern Europe, CIS, Africa, Asia and/or Latin America or geographically similar countries, and other lower-income or lower-middle income countries would be advantages.

S/he must have excellent communication & writing skills and it is essential to have full professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish & Portuguese.
