  Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive customers orders and plan how to execute them under given deadlines
• To carry on detailed customer needs assessment so as to include in project implementation
• To attend to customers complaints and issues and provide the necessary quick support normally 2 or less hours responses
• To report any major work/customer related issues to the managing director
