We are looking for a Warehouse Operation.
Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, recording, verification and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian customs and bonded warehouse regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, auditing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Handle documentation and record-keeping related to inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.

• Experience in warehouse management;

• English as work language;
