JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Waitress, you will ensure that customers have a wonderful dining experience by delivering food and  drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet guests and make them feel comfortable by providing prompt and attentive service.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guests leave with a positive experience.
• Dining Area Maintenance: Assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining restrooms.
• Teamwork: Work in harmony with other team members to ensure the smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
