Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Ramada Beach Resort. As a waiter/waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring the correct items are delivered
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with setting up and closing down the dining area as needed
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in Food and beverage management and hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
