As VP of Engineering, you will lead and grow the entire engineering division, play a key part in the development, implementation and management of our new CX platform. You will partner with Product Management, UX, and Data Science to support cross functional teams that discover and deliver value together. You will drive a new modern product development mindset, focused on building collaborative, integrated teams that regularly talk to customers. You will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the company. Leading and coaching product-minded engineers, who love to be involved in the discovery and decision stages, to a new level of impact. You will be responsible for fostering a growth mindset, driving passion for service and empowering engineers to inspire exceptional experiences through elegant engineering solutions.

✅ What are your Primary Responsibilities?

• Design and develop the technology strategy, architecture, and processes

• Structure, lead, and grow the engineering, architecture, and QA teams and build out the necessary technology infrastructure to support the vision and purpose of the company
• Ensure the company’s internal technological processes and customer-facing services comply with all applicable laws and regulations for compliance, privacy, and security
• Represent the company with customers, investors, and business partners

✅ What Requirements would be great to have?

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Has a background in SaaS – bonus if created a customer experience platform and / or served mid-market to enterprise customers
• 5+ years of being in a management or a leadership of multiple engineering functions
• Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
