2. Volunteer Engagement Mentor – VEM (15 Positions)
Organization: AlamaYangu Initiative
Location: Iringa, Morogoro, Njombe, Mbeya
Description: Provide day-to-day support and mentorship to international volunteers. Conduct on-site orientations, facilitate community engagement, and monitor volunteer progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Education, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience in mentoring or community work.
Fluency in Swahili and English.
Age: 25–35 years.
Familiarity with local cultures in listed regions is a plus.
