JOB DETAILS:

We are urgently looking for a Vehicle Dispatch & Information Supervisor to join our Transport Department in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate will oversee daily vehicle dispatch operations, ensure accurate information management, and support the smooth coordination of transport activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor vehicle dispatch and routing.
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company transport policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide timely reports and updates to management.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of all transport operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management, dispatch, or transport supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems is an added advantage.
