We're looking for a self-starter UX Designer to help us design the next generation of Commerce experiences for African businesses. We strongly believe that innovative and simple design solutions will be fundamental to creating value for our customers and users.

•You’ll tackle all aspects of product design. This includes UX Research, product design, and design implementation across all Ramani user interfaces (mobile & web) to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience for all users.
•You'll design features that ship. We value iterating and launching solutions that are helpful to our customers and users. You'll constantly be shipping quality products.
•You’ll learn about company-building. From thinking through business strategy, recruiting, and negotiating deals, you’ll have exposure to all aspects of scaling and running an early-stage startup.
•You'll be a trailblazer. At Ramani, we all have the privilege of creating a brand new user interface for African commerce. Many of our customers and users are shifting their processes online; we get to define what that experience looks and feels like. You'll play an integral role in designing the future of commerce in Africa.

Qualifications
•2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
•A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for web and/or mobile platforms
•Experience driving design and user experience for end-to-end projects
•Ability to perform research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
•Hands-on experience of conceptualizing and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity
•Working knowledge of technologies such as Figma, iOS, and Android
•Excellent communication and organization skills
