Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document user requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and enhancements.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making.
• Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps and release plans.
• Participate in user testing and quality assurance to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Provide support in the prioritization and management of the product backlog.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role in the software industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
