My client is launching a new and exciting fashion game experience where individuals from all backgrounds can connect, express themselves creatively, and find inspiration. They aim to provide a space for players to confidently showcase their uniqueness and get a sense of belonging shaped by their community, in an environment developed in partnership with Unity.

As a User Acquisition (UA) Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving user growth and maximizing ROI; from planning and executing campaigns to analysing performance and optimizing ad creatives. This role requires a strategic mind, analytical skills, and creative flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: develop and implement innovative UA strategies to drive growth and increase the user base, including identifying target audiences, defining KPIs, and outlining the budget and resources required.
  • Campaign planning and execution: unleash your marketing wizardry and craft captivating campaigns across various channels such as social media, mobile advertising networks, influencer partnerships, and app store optimization.
  • Channel optimization and budget management: use your analytical prowess to measure and track campaign performance, identify high-performing channels, adjust bids and budgets, to improve the efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: monitor and analyse on key metrics such as conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per install (CPI). Report and make data-driven decisions for future optimizations.
  • A/B testing and optimization: conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Identify the most effective combinations that drive UA and conversion.
  • Build and manage the relationships with all of the key UA partners to ensure the best outcomes and competitive advantages.
  • App store optimization (ASO): improve the game's app store visibility, increase organic downloads, and drive user acquisition efforts.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: collaborate with dynamic teams of fashion-forward thinkers to align user acquisition efforts. Provide insights based on UA data to improve product features, user experience, and retention.
  • Market intelligence: conduct market research and stay up to date with latest trends and user preferences, and make a lasting impact in the dynamic realm of fashion gaming.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of min. 4 years in UA, growth marketing, or digital marketing in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in using UA tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads, Manager, Google Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO) tools, attribution platforms, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, A/B testing methodologies, and project management skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative superpower that allows you to think outside the box, passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and emerging technologies.
