Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at Karibu World in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and arranging travel, providing exceptional customer service to clients, making reservations, and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our customers.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making travel arrangements and reservations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to details and excellent organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant travel software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
